METRO BIZNESS :: METRO-DETROITS LUXURY INCENTIVE BRAND
Established as a luxury incentive program, local start-up METRO-BIZNESS required a fresh identity and direct marketing campaign to precision target an audience of high-income consumers. A complete brand identity package was created including an upscale certificate booklet and supporting direct mail campaigns.
Prospective monthly subscribers/merchants were contacted via direct mail and reinforced with call-center marketing assistance. The certificate booklet was mailed free to 20,000 households in the Metro-Detroit area and was also available at participating establishments.
The program was a total 360-degree solution which included brand creation, program design, development and management, print and mail-house logistics as well as call-center support and program fulfillment – all done in-house and offered as a complete turnkey solution.
